Unit 4 is located on the 2nd floor with lift access boasting gorgeous views over Currimundi Lake. During the Winter periods it gets sun all day long on the balcony!

The master bedroom faces directly over the lake, so you can enjoy stunning sunrises & views from the comfort of your bed. There are complete block out curtains as well if you would prefer a sleep in.
There is also an exclusive rooftop area immediately above the unit. Access is via the stairwell.
Directly under the complex is a little cafe which also offers Stand up paddle board, surf board & Kayak hire. There is also another cafe directly across the road.
Parking is secure undercover with one space.
Currimundi Lake offers holiday makers a multitude of activities including swimming, fishing, kayaking + more, and is a great family friendly spot. Caloundra is a 10 minute drive way, and close by is a supermarkets & several takeaway/restaurantt options.
