Summary: Mr. Gerry has excellent communication. He is very quick to respond and to offer help. Our daughter became ill during our trip and we asked him to give us a recommendation for a dr. and he went above and beyond to set us up with a dr.'s appointment within an hour of talking to him. The outdoor patio was very chill and has a pretty view. We BBQ'd on one evening and the kids enjoyed the jacuzzi that evening. The BBQ grill is pretty old and probably needs to be replaced. The downside of this house is that it has mice. We could hear them in ceiling, in the kitchen and lots droppings on the fold out couch. My son slept wrapped up in his hoody because he didn't feel like he was sleeping on a clean space. We had to keep our pantry food in our ice chest to avoid mice eating it. Overall, the cleanliness was so-so. The beds and couches seem to have a lot of wear and tear. The other thing is not in the description is that you have to travel on a rocky hill to get to this place. You have to think twice before going to pick up groceries, because it is so rocky. My family had a fun time here and would have given it 5 stars except for the hygiene of the place.
