Full kitchen with all appliances, including dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans and much more. Shared laundry room (with Unit 2 of duplex) with washer and dryer, laundry soap provided. Large tiled walk-in shower in newly remodeled bathroom.
Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy dinner with the family after a long day at the beach, or have a quiet cup of coffee relaxing in a chaise. The cottage offers covered patios, propane BBQ grill, secluded back yard, private hot/cold outdoor shower and private off street parking for 2 cars.
The cottage is nestled between Ocean Ridge and Gulfstream in a very unique and quiet unincorporated beachfront community. If you want a quiet beach getaway while you relax this is the place for you! For nightlife and shopping Delray’s Atlantic Ave. is just 5 minutes away. For commuting I-95 at Woolbright can be accessed in 5 minutes.
We offer high speed wifi and AT&T U-verse cable with hundreds of channels. There are flat screen TVs in the bedroom and living room.
For beach play days we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, sand toys, masks/fins/snorkels, floats and life vests for the kids. We also have 2 paddle boards shared between the two units that are available on request.
