As you enter this deceptively spacious house, you will feel comfortable and at home straight away. Ideally situated at the edge of Nefyn village on the beautiful Llyn peninsula, close to all amenities and just off a coastal footpath which leads directly onto Nefyn Beach or along the headland to the delights of Morfa Nefyn with its 26 hole golf course and the picturesque fishing hamlet of Porthdinllaen and the famous Ty Coch Inn. Recently extensively refurbished to a very high standard whilst retaining character features. Ancon comprises of: A well-equipped kitchen with a range cooker (with 4-burner gas hob, wok burner, and twin electric ovens), microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer; an adjoining dining room/sitting room; comfortable lounge with wood burning stove (starter kindling and logs provided), TV with NOW TV package, DVD player, and DVD library; separate Utility Room with washing machine and tumble drier; downstairs bathroom/bath/toilet; and two double bedrooms, one King-sized bed, one double bed. Upstairs, finds a second bathroom with shower, and a large bedroom with a double bed and a single day bed. Unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating throughout, available at £25 per week by prior arrangement. Within the landscaped and enclosed wrap-around grounds, there is a Games Shed (with table football and darts board), several seating/eating out areas with patio furniture, a charcoal barbecue and off-road parking for two cars. Two well behaved dogs most welcome at £20 extra per dog. Cot and stair gate available. No linen or towels included- duvets and pillows for use, please bring own duvet covers, sheets and towels.
