Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house includes all features that a luxury house is about. Include large bedrooms suits , large balconies and big terrace on the top floor with nice views . Peaceful neighborhood and great furniture that can make this house comfortable for 12 guests! It’s located 5 min walking distance to 5 seasons park . Less then 2 kilometer from malls and grocery stores. 15-20 minutes drive to Tel Aviv. The property includes 350 square meters over 4 story house. The property located on a 300 square meter lot in a desired neighborhood of Hod Hasharon. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped with smart Tv , full bathrooms Ac in each bedroom and large balconies except one of the bedrooms in the second floor. The third floor comes with additional bedroom and a very large terrace. The basement floor includes a safe room - Mamad in case of an emergency. The living room and dining area at the ground floor includes smart tv and a very nice living room space and large sofa and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge that is set up for Shabbat and yom Tov. The yard includes patio furniture, large BBQ grill and a private parking space at front. In addition there is a large laundry room with a washer and dryer at the second floor . The guests can use the entire property except a lock storage cabinet space The guests can get in touch with us 24/7 through this platform There is gas heater that provides hot water through out the year , there is gas stove in the kitchen. At the kitchen there is a fridge that is set up for Shabbat and Yom Tov.
We allow Events with an extra cost -However, prior to booking a reservation please message us for additional information in regards to the Event such as: the amount of guests that are coming , The Time period of the event, the type and method of the event and if there is any additional equipment that you wants to add to the property for the event period , we will reply to you with an additional payment request for the estimated "event amount fee" for the reservation.
