Total privacy, in garage parking, laundry, gas grill, corn hole boards, 9 hole par 2 golf course, fire ring & firewood, swings, & a fantastic view of the sunsets & star gazing. Multiple parks that offer riding & walking trails. Many golf courses with in 30 min, or play our custom 9 hole Par 2 golf course right on site. Pond offer lots of fun paddle boat, zipline, slide, or relaxing on the beach.
