Positive: Easy access from the highway. Clean. Lots of parking. Reliable breakfast.
Negative: They don't have anyone at the front desk. Instead, they have a kiosk with a person in some remote location interacting with you on a screen. That is not bad for check-in, but it did not give me the feeling that there would be anyone to contact in case of emergency or other unexpected need. I suppose this is the wave of the future. Maybe I was wrong for feeling that way. Aside from that, maybe I'm out of touch, but it seemed like the room was awful darn expensive.
