Our modern classic Low Country home features an open floor plan with a fireplace, spacious gourmet chef’s kitchen, laundry, 3 bedrooms and a bunk room in the main house, plus another bedroom in a fully equipped, connected carriage house.
The island boasts diverse amenities, including two exceptional club houses, two heated pools, three Tom Fazio-designed 9-hole golf courses, tennis and pickle ball courts, a modern fitness center with multiple classes available for purchase, and a kayak launch with free loaner boats, paddles, and preservers. Bicycles may also be signed out at no charge for use on the island.
Rental of the home includes use of a golf cart, 2.5 vehicle garage, and two private kayaks that can be launched from the shore. Our private 240’ boat dock, water-side fire pit, and an outdoor gas grill are aLao available for your use. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 full bed, and two twin beds, guests will have plenty of sleep options. The property has 4 bathrooms with a bidet, walk-in shower, and stand alone tub in the plush en suite master.
