Spectacular sunset views from this completely renovated and elegantly appointed 3 bedroom plus den condominium. Incredible location just east of Blackburn Point Bridge leading to prestigious Casey Key Road. Just 5 minute drive, golf cart or bike ride to Nokomis Public Beach. This elegant building is located next to the fabulous new Deep Lagoon Restaurant and across the road from the famous Casey Key Fish House. We just purchased in April and are looking forward to having great reviews this season. There is a beautifully maintained pool, jacuzzi and pond visible from your private lanai. Separate large workout facility with outdoor hot tub and newly renovated community room, kayak or paddle board launch and multiple grilling areas. With a full marina at your service and walking distance (never have to get on Tamiami/ Hwy41) to great restaurants, Publix grocery store, Body Bar Pilates, Volare Bicycle Shop and Rental, famous Legacy Bike Trail, Kakava Coffe, Celebrity Nail salon and specialty wine and spirits. 15 minutes north to Siesta Key 10 minutes south to all Venice Beach has to offer with shopping and dining. The unit comes with 2 covered parking spaces so you can park a car and rent a golf cart for your stay. Minimum 30 day rental. No pets allowed for renters. Must pass application approval by HOA Board of Directors. Quiet building mostly owner occupied.

Summary: Beautiful spotless spacious 3 bedroom condo with large balcony overlooking the pool, landscaped grounds and beautiful bay. Our stay was amazing. Beautifully decorated. Gorgeous kitchen, Master bedroom & bathroom to die for is off on one side and 2 guest rooms & baths off to the other side of condo for great privacy. Huge laundry room. Pictures are accurate but better in person! Secure garage parking, elevator or stair access to condo. Host supplies many, many extras! Great communication. Love being able to walk to multiple restaurants from the condo! We thoroughly enjoyed walking to the “Tiki Bar” to enjoy drinks & sitting outside in the “beachy” area watching boats of all sizes pass by. I highly recommend this property!
