Positive: One of the best houses I've seen for large groups, in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Dining and living room space for 10+, lots of outdoor seating plus game room. 4 bedrooms and handicap bathroom on the ground floor make it easy for mobility-challenged guests. Very responsive management.
Negative: Kitchen could be better stocked for large groups cooking most of their meals. The layout on the 2nd floor (having to pass through 1 bedroom to get to the other) is best for a family, a bunch of kids, or very good friends. Upstairs is quite bright - bring eyeshades for sleeping.
