Positive: Clean. Close to the beach. Comfortable furniture. Enough bathrooms to accommodate six adults. Porches are great. Kitchen was great. Good fishing in canal in front of the house. Great house layout.
Negative: Very drippy faucet in the master bathroom. The property rep told us about it, but we did not want to deal with a plumber, etc during our stay. We did not know about it until we checked in. Not a big deal. Water pressure in hall bathroom was pretty bad. However, we used the other showers. It would be nice to have more regular drinking cups. There were plenty of wine glasses and coffee cups. Otherwise, it was perfect for our family.
Summary: We were very comfortable at Sunset Point. Our family agreed that we would like to stay there next October.
