Beautiful semi-detached house of 85sqm inserted in the quiet of the Pineta di San Pietro, in the municipality of Valledoria, between maritime pines and eucalyptus. Located 200 meters from the long sandy beach, where there are also equipped facilities. The house has a private entrance, a large private garden, a living room with equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a verandah with furniture and a solarium with a rocking chair and a parasol. Private parking space.
The rooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen has an induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher. In the living room a double sofa bed. Guests also have a washing machine and a hairdryer.
