Perfect for guests of all ages, Sunrise Shores provides guests with two expansive lakeside decks and is located at the peaceful and natural northwest side of Seneca Lake. This waterfront home has all the charm of the past and all the comforts of today to enhance your Finger Lakes vacation.
The entry level has ample living space with a cozy and open floor plan. Enjoy preparing meals and visiting with friends and family as they gather at the table or on the sofa.
Off the kitchen is the first of the two lakeside decks equipped for both outside dining and relaxing. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is home to the second sliding glass door. Wrapping up this floor guests will find the second bedroom with queen size bed, and the second full bathroom; each located just off the hallway across from the kitchen and living area.
Downstairs, the final two bedrooms and the third bath can be found. Guests are sure to enjoy the bonus living space! An additional futon with TV and bunk set allow for a cozy hang out space. This room leads to the second, and lower lakeside deck!
At the lakefront you'll find 110 linear feet of natural lakefront. The gradual and natural entry to the water makes launching non-motorized watercraft a breeze! Enjoy swimming or fishing right off the permanent dock.
