My villa is situated on the quiet residential community of Sunrise Lakes.
The villa has four bedrooms, comprising two master bedrooms with ensuites and two twin rooms sharing the third bathroom.
Smart TVs are located throughout the house meaning that you have the ability to access your own Streaming Services using the TVs Guest Mode.
My home also boasts a south facing heated pool and spa, which is not overlooked from behind, giving you that extra privacy not offered by all homes. Pool / Spa heating is an additional charge which is currently £125 GBP per week.
The garage has been converted into a fully air-conditioned Games Room which will keep all members of the family amused, whatever their age. The room comprises of a Pool table and Air Hockey table, along with an electronic dartboard.
Walt Disney World is a realistic 20 minutes away, and all other major Orlando attractions are within easy reach.
With Free secure WI-FI internet, the supermarket on your doorstep, a Walmart Supercenter minutes away, various restaurants and championship golf courses also close at hand I believe that this is The Ideal Location for your holiday.

Summary: Overall very happy. Easy check in and clean. All directions were very clear. Pool was heated and loved it. Friendly neighbors even put our trash bins out while we were out for the day. Only downside was the AC temp was locked in at 74-78. Agree with not setting it too low to overwork the system but 74 was a little too warm when outside temps were only high 70s to low 80’s. Would definitely stay again. Many stores around for last minute needs or wants.
