Located in the popular Surfside community in Ft Morgan sits Sunny Surfside. A private pool awaits guests with plenty of places to lounge on the deck and a covered Tiki bar area to mix cool drinks! The screened porches are a great place to enjoy the shade and the beautiful views. The Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand is just 100 yards away from the home!
This unique home features two levels with plenty of room for guests to spread out. Upstairs you will find the large open concept living, dining and kitchen areas. The master bedroom as well as 2 other bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are also found on this floor. Guests will love the game room/library where they will find a table for puzzles and board games and a shelf for books.
Downstairs there is a second living area with 2 sofa sleepers and a TV. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bonus bunk room that sleeps 2. The guests on this floor will share a bathroom with a walk in shower and a half bath.
