Guests will have access to the carriage house apartment, the private porch, the shared courtyard, and the free street parking in front of the brick building on East Waldburg Street. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details.

The Neighborhood:
We are in the heart of the historic district in Savannah Georgia! Your steps from the world famous, Forsyth Park! A quick walk to the Starland district, and about a 20 minute walk to the river and heart of downtown (5 minute Uber). You’re close enough to everything to be there in steps but far enough Remove to have peace and quiet when you return home for the evening. At the end of our street is an awesome neighborhood bar called Das Box, tell them Jon sent you.
Getting Around:
You can walk pretty much anywhere in the historic district, downtown, and The Starland district. You’re only about a 15 to 20 minute drive to North Tybee Beach.
We think that walking around town is the best way to see the city! But, if riding is more your speed, Ubers are abundant and affordable and there’s a free shuttle that takes you anywhere in the historic district at the head of Forsyth Park, about four blocks away.!
If you drove here, park on one of the many available on-street spots and walk or ride around Savannah. You can also secure a parking pass for the city through the visitor center. It's a great spot to start your stay by grabbing tons of information and flyers for local businesses.
** Note: Attention must be paid to the street sweeping schedule to avoid a parking fine when parking on the street. There are signs posted on the side of the road with sweeping times. Simply move your vehicle to the opposing street to avoid a fine.

Free street parking is found on the front of the property, on East Waldburg Street. This area is shared with other residents and it is on a first-come, first-served basis with no assigned spots.
Please be aware that even though we spray for bugs on a quarterly basis, you might see palmetto bugs, wasps, and other insects during your stay. They usually come out to die, but please do your best to keep them out of the house by keeping the windows and doors shut at all times, only bringing food items to the dining room, and keeping trash in the trash can.
