Positive: The house was very clean. The furnishings and appliances were new. Cooking and eating utensils were sparse but adequate. House had been remodeled and done well. Masterbath was very nice. Had mini air hockey table that was fun for grandchildren that visited the house. Nice washer and dryer.
Negative: Code for door was not given prior to arrival. Had to wait 30 minutes or more before owner responded to text, call and email. Almost left for hotel. No information was given in the house - no wifi password, no garbage pickup info (stayed a week), no checkout instructions. Found out later that a particular light switch had to be turned on to run dishwasher. Had to text owner for wifi password. Master bedroom mattress was very firm. Cowboy pool did not work and back yard was weedy and unkept.
Summary: The house served us very well, but was dissappointed in owner service and Cowboy Pool not working.
