Summer WEEKLY, "Winter" Lease: 5-8 Months (Sept.-May/June) HUGE DISCOUNTS (email with desired dates for monthly rate). Bright & airy feel, high-beam ceilings, wooden shutters and hardwood floors throughout, skylights and fully-stocked kitchen with dishwasher. There is a 55" Flat-screen TV with Cable in the living room, WiFi, gas fireplace. Two bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twin beds) and two bathrooms, ideal for a couple, a family with two children or two couples. Washer/dryer in attached garage (shared with couple living in the above-garage apartment). Front brick patio with outdoor tables and bistro set surrounded by roses, other flowers and trees. French doors open off the dining area to a private courtyard with a gas Weber BBQ that is perfect for small casual dinners or relaxing after a fun day at the beach.
STAYS UNDER 31 DAYS require I collect 10% City of Newport Beach Transient Occupancy Tax (included in Quote).
