Step up to the next level for the exciting game room, sure to entertain the group! Featuring pool table, large screen TV and a wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave, this will be a favorite room in the home. This level is also home to 3 bedrooms; a king master bedroom with private bath, another king bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a pyramid bunk, both sharing the common bathroom. Stepping up to the next level you will find a den with comfortable seating and flat screen TV. Of the four bedrooms on this level, three are king master bedrooms, each with private baths. The fourth bedroom has 2 double beds and uses the hall bath. The final (and spacious) king master bedroom is found on the top level of the home, also with private master bath.
The great room impresses with beautiful ocean views, vaulted ceilings and luxurious décor.
