Positive: Wonderful balcony, 2 restrooms, large fully equipped apartment. Nice friendly host. Quite location. Spend some time for stargazing :)
Negative: Location in the middle of nowhere is a good and a bad thing. Ants as a common issue in Dubrovnik. No aircon in the bedroom
