The Living room has plenty of room to relax with wireless internet for your enjoyment and entertainment. The dining area has been freshened as well with a bamboo table and 4 upholstered dining chairs with a butcher block bar/pass through for additional guests. There is a stove, refrigerator, and small pantry with a coffee station and Keurig Coffee maker as well! This kitchen is stocked with everything you need (counter-top dishwasher, microwave, and more) to enjoy a family meal. The bedroom has been freshened up as well with a brand-new Serta Queen Size mattress and new upholstered bed and linens. The bathroom was completely done with new tile bath walls, rain head shower and rinsing wand with bead board walls and navy vanity for a more nautical look. There are 2 (two) designated parking spots in front of the condo. When you spend time inside the studio - especially great on rainy days - you'll have full access to my all-time favorite books, games, movies, and access to tons of sports and entertainment channels via Roku service and extra fast Wi-Fi for work/play on your computers/phones. There are several USB and USBC plugs to charge your electronic devices. If you're a beach person Siesta Key Beach is located only 10 – 15 minutes from the Angelfish. Siesta Key beach has been voted #1 beach in the US (including the Hawaiian Islands) because the sand is made from finely ground Quartz crystals it never gets hot! You can also ride bikes on the beach 365 days a year. The Angelfish comes with quality linens, towels, bath robes so much more that you will never want to go home. The clear aqua blue water of Siesta Key Beach stretches out on a shelf into the Gulf of Mexico, inviting long, easy walks into the water before you stretch out for a swim. Siesta Key beach with is powder white sand is a rare find; just a quick 10 min. car ride or 25-minute bike ride. The extraordinary, bright white sand is almost completely quartz crystal. This beach is great for walking, shelling on the 8-mile-long white sand beach or enjoying the Drum Circle on the weekend at sunset. COMMON AREAS: Common areas must be kept clear and clean - this includes the pool area. BEACH STUFF: We have everything, so you don't need to bring anything - beach chairs, towels, umbrella, mini-Cabana, beach wagon. SWIMMING POOL: The water quality itself is what will make this one of the most exhilarating and invigorating swims you'll ever have! The pool is not heated but can be used at any time from Sunrise to Sunset. Guests are allowed but you must accompany them. Please make sure to rinse all lotions/oils from their bodies prior to entering the pool. Yes, there is coin washer and dryer at the end of each building with door code provided, there are nearby drop-off laundry services as well.
BUS STOP: There is a bus that you can pick up at the entrance of the Lucaya County Club Villas that can take you away to Siesta Key and downtown, and everything you would need for an awesome stay. Please inquire about two weeks’ stay, the management will contact you if availability is possible. The owner can only rent once in a thirty-day period, per condominium documents and Sarasota County statutes, for whatever length of time less than 30 days. The condominium association requires a background check, must be done 48 hours prior to check in. Fee will be reduced from total bill.
