It’s conveniently located on a quiet, private lot surrounded by nature while only being a couple of blocks from Camp WaterColor and within walking distance of all the amenities that downtown WaterColor has to offer.
The first floor of this 2-story home is undoubtedly the heart, with an elegant great room to gather with family. The open living area features a beautiful white slip-covered couch and 3 plush armchairs around the fireplace with a wall-mounted TV and surround sound overhead. An equally impressive kitchen is outfitted with custom green cabinetry, premium appliances, and a gorgeous tile backsplash. The dining and kitchen areas can easily seat 11 guests at the breakfast bar, island, and dining table. When guests want to enjoy a family movie night or simply entertain the kids, the TV room on this floor is the perfect solution. In a more tranquil corner of the house is a quiet screened-in porch with a cozy sitting area and an alfresco dining table.
