With a private screened stair entry, this property offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, a living room, and accommodations for 2 adults and 1-2 small children. Enjoy the included 4-passenger golf cart, 2 Trek Pure Bikes, and a Burley Child Trailer as you explore the beautiful surroundings of Watercolor and 30A.
**Important Information - Please Read**
- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old (No exceptions)
- Max Occupancy: 2 guests (2 children under the age of 12 are permitted as additional guests - Note: Children older than 12 are not permitted due to occupancy restrictions by the HOA. Entry will be denied if over the age limit)
- Incidentals Hold: $1,500. The hold is released on the day of checkout.
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed prior to arrival
- Parking: 1 standard size vehicle
- Amenity Starter Pack: Includes hotel style soaps for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, 4 trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack. This is designed to get you through your first night only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.

- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT & Check-out at 9:00 PM
- WaterColor Trolley: Operates daily in season (April - Labor Day) from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Community Access: Complimentary access to all WaterColor community swimming pools, including - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club. Guests must confirm the number of people in their party and complete the resort waiver at least 10 days prior to arrival to guarantee access.
