Positive: We really likes their attention to detail.. Everything they did from new guest cocktails to the night time stories and turn down were aimed to make the experience special.. We chatted to the manager regularly and he was genuinely interested in our experience.. All the staff were a delight and were very engaging and friendly.. The food was top notch, breakfast was executed perfectly every day and the diner experience was still the best we have had in Lombok. The resort itself self was very well maintained and in good working order.. true five star..
Summary: Dedication to service and quality starts with the management.. They run a well oiled machine.. we will come back..
