Summary: The property is very clean and looks just like the pictures. However, the furniture is very uncomfortable and there is no TV service unless you pay for it (ridiculous). Upon arrival we were given the keys and that's all. No one greeted us or showed us around. It was difficult to find anyone to talk to or ask questions. Basically left to our own devices. We were there for 3 nights and expected to have some basic needs provided for example there should be salt and pepper but no there was nothing like that. Lastly, the villa is located in a village, very small village and there is one restaurant that is walking distance. The town of Senggigi is actually too far to walk so you must have a car or scooter to get around. We had a great driver, Hudda, who spent 2 days driving us around.
