This newly renovated luxurious studio is guaranteed to not only meet, but exceed your expectations! It is located in the heart of Baton Rouge and is walking distance to the LSU lakes and minutes from Downtown.
It has an open and spacious floor plan and boasts updated appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. It also includes a washer, dryer, air conditioning and heat. It is fully furnished with linens, housewares and includes all utilities. It is identical to our other listing for Studio A - the only difference is that Studio B has a couch instead of a desk.

Summary: Clean, roomy, and super convenient to campus and Greek life, this studio apartment is perfect for parents visiting LSU. The water pressure in the shower is DIVINE. Our only minor issue was getting our Toyota Sienna van in/out of the carport without having to drive over the grass.
