This spacious backyard features an 8-foot privacy fence, a gas cement fireplace in the living room, and outdoor rope lights for nighttime entertaining. A sliding glass door off the kitchen leads to a fenced grass area, perfect for dogs, separate from the pool yard. The driveway ends with a 9-foot wooden electric gate, creating a safe play area for kids and pets, and a basketball court with a glass backboard. SONOS hifi system with speakers connected in the living room, back patio, and guest bathroom to play your favorite music through the SONOS app. The garage fits two cars, the driveway three, and an extra stainless steel refrigerator is available in the garage. A circle drive in front accommodates 3-4 more cars. The XL Green Egg comes with a chimney starter and cooking tools. The kitchen opens to the living room and is fully equipped with baking pans, a Ninja blender, a food processor, and silverware.
