Spacious, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need, this Victorian apartment has been lovingly restored in mid-century modern style. Situated on the first floor in a quiet street within what is described as the nicest part of town, it is ideally located to walk to all of Arbroath's main attractions including the mainline railway station.
The apartment is calming, light and comfortable, ideally suited to couples and solo explorers. There is free parking on the street outside.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to a high standard with everything you might need for a home away from home. The shower room is contemporary with designer fittings. Furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, perfect for putting your feet up with a tipple after a busy day exploring.
