This charming finca in a quiet location in the south of the island is situated between Campos and the dream beach Es Trenc. The country house with mill tower has been lovingly renovated and is tastefully furnished. Thick, old stone walls create a feel-good atmosphere and keep the rooms cool in summer.
Layout:
In the entrance area there is a living room with a cozy corner sofa and internet-enabled flat screen with "art mode", next to it is a large dining room with fireplace and rustic, brick bench. A bar separates the dining room from the kitchen, which is well equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. A powerful water filter is installed in the kitchen, which supplies fresh drinking water via a small extra tap. There are two bedrooms with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), one of which is a connecting room to another bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). This bedroom also has direct access to the garden. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub. The vacation home can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children up to the age of 12, as it has a connecting room.
The steep tower staircase has two simple handrails for safety, but can still be a danger point for small children. Parents must supervise their children particularly well in this finca. The roof terrace only has a low wall enclosure, so special care is also required here.
Second floor:
There is a large, cozy reading room, a bedroom with a double bed (170 cm x 200 cm) and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the mill tower there is another bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a small roof terrace, which offers a particularly beautiful, wide view as far as the island of Cabrera. The tower is accessible from the main house or from outside via the pool terrace.
Outdoor area:
The finca is surrounded by a large garden with beautiful palm trees, olive trees and bamboo. Citrus and medlar trees as well as a large fig tree stand behind the house. Here, too, you can enjoy far-reaching views over the unspoilt countryside as far as the Tramontana mountains. Next to the pool there is a shady, covered seating area with a brick barbecue. The vacation home has a secluded location on the 21500 m² plot, the nearest houses are about 150 m away.
Pool:
4 m x 9 m, depth: 140 cm, ladder access, deck chairs, sun loungers and beanbags, outdoor shower by the pool. In the summer, the pool is refilled with fresh groundwater from the mill tower. Due to the light sea salt content of the groundwater, the pool only needs to be slightly chlorinated.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on request. In July and August, arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
