The comfortable and roomy living room features a 75" Smart 4K television, Sonos soundsystem, 4K UltraHD/Blu-Ray/DVD player, and classic film library. The large balcony overlooks a tranquil garden. Other amenities include a garage, an electric grill on the balcony, Spectrum cable with 100+ channels, High Speed WiFi (over 200 mbps), and a full size washer & dryer.
