For a comfortable stay, the bunk beds & trundle bed may not be suitable for those slightly larger and taller. If you would like the trundle bed set up, please do let us know. (max 5 people in the house on the beds).
Here are our Terms & Conditions that must be followed by all guests:
1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
When you book and pay the deposit with us, you're agreeing to these simple rules.
2. CHECK-IN / OUT
Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. The location, your unique property access code and access details will be sent to you in the house manual closer to your stay (about 24 hours before)
3. SECURITY BOND
At times we charge a bond payment of $1000, required for the booking. We will confirm with you if this is the case. It's just to make sure everything goes smoothly and everyone plays nice. If, for any reason, there's damage, loss, or extra expenses because of not following the terms and conditions, we'll use the bond to cover it. This could include things like damages, breakages, additional or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints against you or any other issues that may arise.
4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS
We want everyone to have a good time, but parties or events are not allowed on this property due to the surrounding permanent residents. Please keep noise levels down after 8 pm on weekdays and 10 pm on weekends. If we have to step in, we'd hate to see you lose your bond or have to leave early with an eviction.
5. PETS
This property has a strict NO PETS policy.
6. LINEN AND TOWELS
We've got you covered with fresh linen and towels. Just take care of them, if anything happens, lost or damaged linen/towels may incur a small replacement fee.
7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
We're here to make sure you have a wonderful stay. If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the number they have provided, please ensure this is correct and if not please advise us ASAP. If it's noisy and we can't sort it out by getting in touch with you, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend to the property to investigate. If this occurs, guests will be charged the call-out fee. Any complaint must be notified in writing to Bespoke BNB before departure from the property. We want to make sure everyone's happy, including our neighbours.
We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Bespoke BNB is not responsible for any injuries, illness, or accidents that may occur while staying at our property.
8. SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
9. KEYS
The keys are available at the KeyNest location, about a 5-minute walk from the property. Details will be sent to you 24 hours before check-in.
Opening hours to collect the keys are:
Mon - Wed: 10am - 12am
Thu: 10am - 5:30am
Fri: 10:30am - 5:30am
Sat: 10:30am - 5am
Sun: 10am - 3am
Keys must be collected and returned here strictly during these hours. Keys must be returned STRICTLY at check-out for cleaners to access.
Any lost keys will incur a replacement fee as determined by the Owners Corporation.
10. CCTV
There is external CCTV in place. Please be assured, the system is only monitored in the event of any concerns or issues. Your safety and privacy are of utmost importance to us.
11. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
We trust you to treat our place like your own. You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety, and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. And don't worry, we'll make sure you have all the info you need before you arrive.
You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft, and property loss during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately.
Only the guests who agreed to the booking may stay on the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund.
12. PROPERTY DEPARTURE
Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the complex's rubbish bins provided.
All furniture and furnishings must be left in their position when you arrive.
The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked.
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the standard cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card.
