Welcome to the Seven House in Pierpont! This 3 bedroom house is just where you need to be to enjoy a vacation?Seven houses from the sand! The Seven House is freshly remodeled, newly furnished and thoughtfully designed. It has a great indoor space that will make you feel at home as well as a great backyard patio if you want to enjoy a beverage and a BBQ. The bright new (and stylish!) kitchen is well stocked with all you need to prepare and serve your own meals. There is an oven, range, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. The living room includes a couch, 2 comfy swivel chairs, a daybed for reading or resting and another smaller table and chairs for your games, puzzles or morning coffee. The home has Wifi and two TVs with cable. The 3 bedrooms feature new linens and beds. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds. The other bedroom has 2 twins and a futon for TV watching. The home has 1.5 bathrooms which are both newly done. One includes a generous sized shower as well as a grab bar for safety. Another great outdoor shower is available just inside the back yard for your return from the beach. You also have access to the washer and dryer with beach towels at your ready. The backyard includes a gas barbecue, large outdoor dining set with umbrella and a lounge area. You can hear the waves from this colorful, relaxing space. Fenced backyard is perfect to contain little ones. This is an ideal home for families, sorry no pets! The Seven House is located close to Marina Park. One can take a walk to the edge of Ventura Harbor and Marina Park or head the other direction and go for miles on the State Park beach past the pier to restaurants and shops. It is walking distance to the restaurants on Seaward and the grocery store, Starbucks and more. You can enjoy never having to start your car for the whole week if you like. Located in the Pierpont Beach area of Ventura. A nice walk to Marina park and restaurants on Seaward Blvd. A short drive to downtown Ventura and the Ventura Harbor! Santa Barbara and Ojai are 35 minutes away; Carpinteria is 15 minutes away. There are three harbors and fishing as close as fifteen minutes. Most of these homes are ideal for any ocean activity and are also next to a coastal bikeway that extends from Ventura to Santa Barbara. LAX (1.5 hours) and Burbank (1 hour) are located south.
