Enjoy amazing sunsets from our deck overlooking Peconic Bay, New construction, beautifully decorated. Open plan, bright and perfect for entertaining. Full modern kitchen 2 dishwashers, wine cooler and all amenities. Beautiful outdoor deck with a screened in porch. Master bed and bath with King Size bed flat screen TV and balcony. Jr. suite queen size bed with own bath, bunk room with 2 sets of bunks and guest room with queen bed, additional bathroom. , Den with flat screen TV, Geo Thermal A/C and Heat. Head down to our private dock for kayaking, paddleboarding and swimming. In private Bay community with beaches within walking distance from our home.

Summary: The home and property was beautiful, even better than the pictures showed. The views from the house were amazing, we enjoyed many sunsets. Amenities were also better than expected, with not only the kayaks and paddleboards but lifejackets to go with them, as well as beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. We have rented in this area for many years and this was by far one of the best properties we have had the pleasure of staying in!
