Sleeping up to 18 guests, the home also has a private pool/spa, upstairs loft/game room, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The home also has a huge dining table seating 14, and offers three dedicated work areas if you need to focus on your laptop.
The Space:
We have themed rooms for the kids which they will absolutely love! This luxurious, recently built vacation home is located in Windsor at Westside, a prestigious resort community - a short drive to DISNEY WORLD (20 minutes away), golf, and many other Orlando attractions. The 4,041 sq. ft. living space is professionally furnished with upscale furniture, large screen TV in family room and LED TV in all bedrooms. EV drivers will find the charger right in their own garage!
The home features three dedicated work areas with desks and comfy office chairs. There are three master suites, please see bedding description to see the breakdown of beds in each bedroom. Total of 18 people can all sleep in beds! Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are all complimentary. We also have an iron/ironing board, coffee maker, tea kettle, air conditioning/heating, fire extinguisher, security alarm, blender, toaster and hangers. Washer/dryer, and dishwasher are available.

The Kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is pull up bar seating (4 seats) in the kitchen beside a dining table which seats 12 and and a patio table which seats 8.
Our upstairs loft game room has a pool table and poker table for card buffs, with a very comfortable seating area for a relaxing time after a full-day theme park visit or shopping trip.
The outdoor area has a two dining tables and plenty of chaise loungers surrounding the sparkling pool and spa (heat not available).
The very private pool area pool faces the conservation forest with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure. There is no pool heat facilities at this home.
The Level 2 EV charger is in the garage.
Note: there is no oil / salt / pepper available in the property.
Guest Access:
The whole property is private for guests. The whole community of Windsor at Westside is free for all guests (including game room, gym, water park, lazy river, spa....)
An extraordinary 8,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style pool completed with a water slide – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the onsite Tu Casa Bar & Lounge will serve both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you tone while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports courts. The entire pool deck is equipped with wireless internet. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with a video arcade if you need to pick up something quickly. Also, you can buy all Orlando/Kissimmee park tickets and book a taxi or Uber at the clubhouse.

You're close to all the attractions, Disney is 15-20 mins, shops are 5 mins. Universal is 25-30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, Legoland is 45 mins and Interstate-4 is 5 mins away from this villa.
You can enjoy the nearby theme parks such as Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, LEGOLAND, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, Typhoon Lagoon, The Holy Land and Blizzard Beach. In addition to the theme parks, there is tons of entertainment, outlet malls, championship golf courses, great museums, and world renowned dining from places such as City Walk, Disney Springs, International Drive, or the Orange County Convention Center.

Other Things to Note:
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.
2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.
3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.
4. Pool/spa heat - This home does not have a functioning pool heater.
5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.
6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.
7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.
8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.
