Positive: Rooftop was awesome! Well stocked with chairs, beach towels, and sand toys which was a bonus. It was also so close to the beach! About 15 min walk to Belmont Park. Tvs in all rooms/levels.
Negative: Three floors, all stairs. It was fine for all of us but good to consider if you can’t climb stairs easily.
