Positive: Location!!! - very convenient, close to everything you need, beautiful pedestrian street. Very clean Cute design touches Smooth check-in and communication with the managing company Electric washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms Parking at the property - big deal for the area Comfy beds, one the bedrooms has a nice small balcony
Negative: 1. The place is not huge :) While 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms can comfortably accommodate family with kids / few friends kitchen/dining/living is basically same small area that more suitable for a couple. Backyard should help with this, but when we visited it was too cold at morning/evening to sit outside 2. The property is basically part of duplex - backyard, 1’st and 2’nd floor Other part is 2’nd, 3’rd floor and a rooftop. When the other part is occupied you definitely can feel and hear it :)
