This stunning South facing vacation home with pool & spa comes fully furnished right down to the last teaspoon. No rear neighbors at this gorgeous home where its all about outdoor living, you know you are on vacation the moment you step outside. Featuring a Spanish barrel tiled roof to complete the upscale Florida look.
Upon entering the soaring ceilings accent the modern fixtures and furnishings. No detail has been overlooked - You will fall in love with this home!
There are two living areas, upon entry there is a formal living and dining room which leads into the open plan kitchen and family room with large sliding doors into the pool area. The home features a large master bedroom (king bed) with ensuite bathroom and its own direct access to the pool area. The master bathroom has a walk in shower, separate garden tub and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 (queen bed) is also ensuite and features a shower/tub combo with single vanity.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are both twin rooms that share the spacious, 3rd bathroom and feature a shower/tub combo with single vanity.
There are flat screen Tv's in all bedrooms, formal living room and family room. Free high speed Wi-Fi is also provided at no additional cost! So whether you sunning it up or streaming away (or both at the same time) this home is the perfect place for your next get away!
