My gorgeous 4 bed 3 bath villa is close to all major attractions, Disney 15 minutes away, Seaworld and Universal 25 minutes away, restaurants and major shops within easy reach.
You’ll love the comfort feel, 2 King master suites, TV's in all rooms, the spacious screened in deck area with large heatable pool and spa, the games room, WiFi.. 5 comfy beds which can sleep 8
This is a non smoking villa with fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, games room, A/C and off street parking. p.ht extra.
The space
The villa is open plan with easy access to all parts of the house. It has 2 good size King master bedrooms and is complimented with a lovely big pool deck area.

Guests have access all over the villa except for a locked Owners closet.
Other things to note
Pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost of $30 per day minimum of 5 days.
Access is by the way of a key which is located in a lock box mounted on the wall by the front door.
Garage has limited access due to being turned into a games room.
No large parties allowed, which could cause ejection from the villa. No refund given if ejected.
Please be courteous of your neighbours during quiet time 10pm to 8am.
