Summary: The property was as pictured and clean. Information for check in was provided in a timely fashion and correct. Nice neighborhood a short distance from family who lives in North Port. The only hiccup in our stay was when the AC unit died 2 days before our departure. Initial response when I reached out was quick. A wall AC unit was provided to cool the master bedroom. This caused us to move the patio couch into the master bedroom to accommodate the additional family member that stayed with us to sleep in a cool space the last two nights. Communiation on whether or not AC would be repaired before we checked out was not forthcoming until I reached out for a follow up. The AC unit was being totally replaced when we checked out, and a credit of some of our reservation cost has been refunded. I would stay here again.
