Everything has been updated, awesome screened in patio and fenced in back yard overlooking the canal. Located near the New Wellen Park, Spring training facility for the Atlanta Braves. Close to shopping, restaurants and beaches.

Summary: Loved staying in North Port. Kim thought of everything.All we needed to bring was our clothes. The house was better than the pictures. It is in a great location and a nice neighborhood. We would definitely recommend staying here. Kim was always available to answer our questions.
