…., but sure nice if they have! Drive from San Jose Airport to here in 1h 30 min and HEAD STRAIGHT FOR THE BEACH!
This modern 3 Bedroom Condo with 2 1/2 baths features a gorgeous INFINITY POOL and absolutely STUNNING OCEAN VIEWS.
❤️ We are one of the closest houses to Playa Blanca in Punta Leona, which is one of only 2 Costa Rican Blue Flag Beaches. Surrounded by lush rainforest with lots of Scarlet Macaws, this is one of the few beaches, where it is safe to swim and snorkel year-round! Family friendly and with Lifeguards on duty.
❤️ Lots of Wildlife such as monkeys and iguanas, but if you are lucky you might swim with turtles and see whales.
❤️ Safe - this is one safe area as we are located in a gated community.
❤️ Location - 1h 30 min to San Jose Airport and Manuel Antonio. 25 min to Jaco and Playa Hermosa for some wild surf.
☀️ Our guests can easily walk to Playa Blanca and enjoy the beach - Resort privileges are not necessary. For longer stays these may be purchased.

Summary: Nice place on a cliff with a view of the ocean and near the beach. Beach is nice. You will get a lot of exercise walking to and from the beach. Definitely fun to see the Macaws each day as well as a few Iguanas. Even saw a few monkeys on our last day heading out near the entrance. Ended up cooking most of our meals since we didn’t have resort privileges. Did venture out to Jaco Beach and Los Suenos and enjoyed a few meals out and about and tried surfing and shopping. So for what we wanted this place did served its purpose for us since we were there just a few nights
