One KING principal bedroom with 3 piece (shower) ensuite offering a lovely rain shower head, black out curtains and floor to ceiling screen doors for air flow behind glass hurricane doors with ocean views. A roomy second QUEEN bedroom with large window, blackout curtains and a beautiful sunrise view adjacent to an additional 3 piece bathroom with rain shower head. Both bedrooms boast new ACs as well as modern, quiet Hunter ceiling fans and lots of storage space.
Fully outfitted, modern kitchen (no dishwasher) with lots of counter and cabinet space in beautiful, traditional Mexican hardwood. Two large leather couches; one is a double sofa bed, large wood kitchen table and eight chairs, 55” smart TV, Starlink access (fire stick or similar NOT provided), private WIFI, safe, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, coffee bean grinder, kettle, water cooler, in unit washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer, new linens, fresh towels and more! Although swimming in the ocean directly in front of Playa Grande is not recommended due to the strong undertows, a short walk on the beach or a water taxi ride into Barra de Navidad will bring you to unsupervised ocean swimming and lovely beaches.
