There are 3 bedrooms that occupy two opposite ends of the home for a friendly split plan. The Owner's suite includes walk-in spacious closet, and spa-like bathroom for indulgent relaxation. The remaining two bedrooms, share a full bathroom with shower/ tub combination. The dining room and living room share inviting open concept living spaces. Arborwood Preserve is a vibrant gated community in a fabulous Fort Myers location. This tropical oasis is anchored the Town Center featuring a myriad of resort-style amenities, including an expansive pool with lap lanes and outdoor dining, a state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics/yoga studio & sports courts.

Summary: Property is lovely with a great pool for relaxing! All amenities are included high end washer and dryer, dish washer, dishes and glassware. Pots and pans are limited as well as measuring cups etc to cook. It was a great stay and I really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood!
