- PETS: pets are upon application only **If you have a booking, do not book this property until we have assessed your pet application**. You must provide us with details regarding the pet. We will inform you promptly whether your pet application has been approved. You will be required to pay a pet fee which is $49 upon booking confirmation. We also may charge you a $200 pet deodorising/clean-up fee if you do not clean up after your pet upon vacating so please make sure you do the right thing and clean up after your pet. If your pet is approved to reside at the property, you agree that you will not allow your pet to access any of the bedrooms, lounges or rug areas and you will also dispose of any droppings and clean up after your pet at all times.
- This property has security cameras in the external areas which management checks regularly at all hours. If these are tampered in any way, your booking will be cancelled, you will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued.
