After passing through the foyer with the washer and dryer located in the pantry, guests enter into the dining area and kitchen The bedrooms and bathroom are located to the right of the living area across from each other with the bathroom in between. The living area with rear door access to the raised deck, boat slip, and fishing pier is located back in the rear side of the home.
Step inside and be greeted by a bright and airy kitchen, dining, and living space that's perfect for relaxing after a day on the water. The living room offers a twin sized sleeper sofa for extra guests and the space to set up both queen sized air mattresses. The modern kitchen boasts new appliances, granite countertops, a large breakfast bar, and plenty of space for meal preparation while entertaining. The bathroom is also thoughtfully designed with ample space, wider doorways, and a large stall shower for added convenience. The single queen bedroom offers a perfect view of sunrise in the mornings while the second bedroom with one queen bed and a twin bed provides plenty of space for the kiddos to make a space of their own.
