This newly refurbished city-apartment offers modern comfort within Salzburg city centre. It is located within easy access to the motorway, airport and railway station.
Located perfectly on the edge of the old town - the city center, Mirabell Gardens (approx. 1 km), shops and the train station (approx. 0.5 km) are all in easy walking distance. A lovely park and the local recreation area of Kapuzinerberg are close by (approx. 0,5 m). The local bus stop is just 100 meters from the apartment and provides a service to the airport.
The flat is located on the first floor of a modern building with a lift and underground car park. It has a large, open-plan kitchen and living room area. The fully equipped kitchen has a generous breakfast bar and in the living room is a dining table, a comfortable sofa bed and LCD-TV. There is also a south-facing balcony for that glass of wine on a summer evening. The extra bedroom with a king size bed has plenty of storage and the neat bathroom has a bathtub with shower.
The apartment Bayerhamerstrasse was newly refurbished at the beginning of 2017 and is equipped with everything necessary for a convenient stay in Salzburg. From a hairdryer and ironing board to towels and bedding - you will find everything you need to feel right at home. High-speed Internet is of course also included and can be used straight away.
