The four bathrooms are equipped with amenities including towels, toiletries, bathtub, and shower, ensuring a refreshing start to each day. Feel at home with convenient features such as heating, central A/C, washer & dryer, iron, and Wi-Fi. TVs are equipped with Roku, enabling access to all streaming platforms. Front door is equipped with a handicap ramp. On-site parking for up to 5 vehicles. The picturesque village of Northville is just under 3 miles away with quaint restaurants, shops, and all your grocery and fueling needs. Albany Airport is just under an hour away.
SUMMER: Located within the Adirondack Park, this location is perfect for summer activities including hiking and biking. Enjoy use of the deep water ocean docks with 3 slips to dock your boat (Free NYS boat launch about three miles away), swim, fish, or kayak using the 4 provided. Water skis, wakeboard, and life vests are available for your use in The Boathouse. A dedicated 50 amp service and space provided for 1 RV use. Relax and make memories roasting marshmallows with your family around the lakefront firepit, play horseshoes or ping-pong, go for a bike ride, watch the children play in the new covered sandbox, or enjoy the shade and bay-side breeze on the double bench swing.
