Summary: The Le Picaso apartment is in a newer building. It has a very nice design and seems very secure. The apartment was very clean when we checked in. The balcony was well equipped with a table, chairs and a lovely large plant; we ate several meals out there. The apartment was also well equipped! The neighborhood is wonderful with anything you'd need within walking distance. The larger stores are a bit further away; for example, there is a Walmart about 1.1 miles from the apartment (we walked there once and drove on another occasion!). Off-street parking is included also! We liked this apartment very much. It's great for one or two people, perhaps even more (the sofa seems to be a futon that can fold down to a bed).
