Entrance 2 car garage with automatic gate, opening the door we enter the room which has a double bed and a bunk bed, 2 single beds, then a kitchen with table for 4 people and a bathroom, another door opens to the back ground, front porch, bedroom, closet and bathroom, with air conditioning and cable tv, back deck with pool and barbecue / wood burning stove, the house is semi-detached mine but with independent access, by Area and distribution is ideal for 6 people, 2 couples with 2 children or 6 friends, no more than 6 people
