Positive: + Friendly and helpful host + Location directly next to subway station + Large window and good lighting + Cozy bed and clean bedsheets + Great scenery of the city and the sea + Kitchenette equipped with necessities needed for a long stay + Organizing a relocation in a hotel room (when there was some electrical work in the apartment for about 5 days) + Lobby space cozy to work and chill + Gym access downstairs with functional devices
Negative: - Low warm water when taking shower - Bathroom door lock defect and needs to be repaired - Private and personal stuff left from last guests like rest food in fridge at the time of check-in (The host did remove them later) - A bit far from main city and attractions
